Parenting these days seems more difficult than ever. Juggling schedules, negotiating priorities and integrating technology leaves many parents frazzled and confused. In this interactive presentation, Dr. Donna Volpitta will guide participants through a very simple, fun brain model that provides critical information for parents to make more mindful, informed decisions.

Donna Volpitta, Ed.D., teaches people about the brain in order to help them make more mindfully resilient choices. Her Resilient Mindset Model, which draws on the latest research in neurology, psychology and education, has been applied to areas of leadership from parenting to corporate management. Dr. Volpitta is co-author of the book “The Resilience Formula: A Guide to Proactive–Not Reactive-Parenting” and co-creator of the Nametags Education Program.
